HomeRise and BRIDGE Housing Corporation were selected to develop HomeRise at Mission Bay (410 China Basin Street) as rental housing with supportive services for formerly homeless residents.

HomeRise at Mission Bay provides 141 new permanent supportive housing apartments in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. Amenities include a large outdoor residential courtyard, resident community lounge, kitchen, game room, bicycle storage and laundry. The property also includes an onsite services suite providing case management, counselors and medical services. HomeRise is the property manager and service provider. HomeRise at Mission Bay is currently under construction. When complete, applicants will be referred to the development through the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) Coordinated Entry System.
