Waterleaf will provide 178 affordable apartment homes for families in the River Place neighborhood of Portland.

Waterleaf consists of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and is adjacent to at streetcar stop. Amenities will include a ground floor community room with a community kitchen and adjoining exterior courtyard. The landscaped courtyard will feature a children’s playground. The community room will serve the residents with a range of uses including resident meetings, public or private resident events, and programmed events by the on-site service coordinator. An adjoining Resident Services office will facilitate the connection to residents. There will be two community laundry rooms, and trash/recycling rooms on each floor of the building. BRIDGE will provide free wireless internet access in the common areas.
Living at Waterleaf
Waterleaf will offer 178 units of affordable housing consisting of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. 20 units will have a Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing subsidy, also known as VASH. Several units will include special features for people with mobility, hearing, and/or visual impairments; disabled applicants are encouraged to apply. Waterleaf is accepting applications starting on August 16, 2022. Pre-apps received by 5PM on August 22, 2022 will be randomly ordered.
Pre-apps received after August 22 will be added to the end of the waitlist.
