The Coronet offers 150 affordable studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments for seniors in San Francisco.
BRIDGE and the Institute on Aging worked together to develop The Coronet, a new mixed-use senior living facility. The first floor and half of the second floor house the Institute on Aging’s state-of-the-art senior-services facility. Above that, The Coronet offers 150 affordable apartments for seniors. The Coronet not only allows easy access to health and other services, allowing residents to age in place and continue living independently—it is also conveniently located to public transportation and retail along Geary Boulevard in the Richmond district. 53 of the apartments are filled on a referral basis.
