Terra Cotta Apartments offers 168 affordable one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in San Marcos.

BRIDGE worked with the San Marcos Redevelopment Agency to build this 168-unit development as part of a larger master-planned community. Difficult site conditions required major earthwork efforts and relocation of high-voltage utility lines. These attractive and affordable apartments are conveniently located close to City Hall, the public library, and the local community center, as well as San Marcos State University.
