Songbird brings 61 new affordable homes for families to Portland’s Eliot neighborhood.

The five-story apartment building, Songbird, forms a “U” shape around a landscaped resident courtyard. The property includes a large community room, as well as laundry and resident services spaces. Property features include individual stoops for ground-floor units, a children’s play area and a variety of gathering spaces for residents, including an urban plaza which fosters connections with the surrounding community.
