BRIDGE worked with the City of Vallejo to develop this four-acre site for extremely low-income seniors. The development provides 120 apartments in a scenic location overlooking San Pablo Bay and includes a community room, an activity room, a library, and an interior courtyard. BRIDGE worked closely with state and federal agencies to ensure that no nearby habitats or wetlands were disturbed. Redwood Shores also includes an extension of the city’s scenic walking trails.
