Thirty-eight apartments will serve low-income households not currently residing at Potrero Annex/Terrace and two units will be reserved for on-site staff. Planned amenities include a landscaped courtyard for residents, community room, teen room, on-site parking and a public mini-park for residents and community members to enjoy.
