Mural offers 90 units of affordable family housing as part of the master-planned MacArthur Station in Oakland.

Mural is the second phase of MacArthur Station, a master-planned development on the site of the MacArthur BART station parking lot. Mural includes 90 rental apartments for low and very-low income households with incomes ranging from 30% to 50% of the area median income. Amenities include a large community room and kitchen, laundry facilities, two landscaped courtyards and a tot lot.
