Mayfair Apartments will bring 68 affordable rental apartments to the City of El Cerrito

Mayfair Apartments consists of 69 apartment homes on a site previously used as a surface parking lot for a nearby BART Station.

Apartment homes will range in size from studio to three- bedroom and will serve households who earn between 30-60% Area Median Income (AMI). Property amenities will include onsite property management and leasing offices, secured bike parking, outdoor lounging, seating and dining areas, a central mail station and shared laundry facilities.
