    BRIDGE Housing is partnering with the Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) and Primestor to develop this mixed-use, transit-oriented affordable housing development.

    • Los Angeles

    Luminus@Evermont will offer 118 affordable homes for families with low incomes, including nearly half of the apartments reserved for permanent supportive housing. The property will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedrooms apartments.

    Together with Vista@Evermont, this new mixed-use development will deliver 180 affordable homes for seniors and families, retail stores, a transit plaza, and a Metro training facility.
