BRIDGE Housing partnered with the Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) and Primestor to develop this mixed-use, transit-oriented affordable housing development.

Luminus@Evermont offers 118 affordable homes for families with low incomes, including nearly half of the apartments reserved for permanent supportive housing. The property consists of one-, two-, and three-bedrooms apartments.

Together with Vista@Evermont, this new mixed-use development delivers 180 affordable homes for seniors and families, retail stores, a transit plaza, and a Metro training facility.
