Kalmia Rose is located one block from a new transit stop at the Jordan Downs Plaza retail center on Century Blvd. and in close proximity to a medical clinic, pharmacy, high school and library. Consisting of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, planned amenities include an onsite manager’s unit and leasing office, laundry lounges, a community room and ample outdoor areas.

Living at Kalmia Rose (Jordan Downs H2A)
Kalmia Rose consists of 76 apartment homes of which 61 are affordable to families earning between 30%-60% AMI (39 of these are reserved for existing Jordan Downs public housing residents). There is one staff unit and the remaining 14 apartments are market-rate.
Applications for the 7 affordable units will be available starting 2/7/2024 at www.accesshousingla.org or by clicking the Apply button below. Applicants may also pick up an application at the leasing office located at 2179 E. Century Blvd. Los Angeles. All applications for the 7 units will be randomly ordered and placed into a lottery. Apply on-line, drop-off or mail. All applications must be submitted by 3/8/2024 at 5pm (postmark dates will not be considered). Applications for the 14 market rate units will be accepted at a later date, and will be first qualified, first offered.
