Part of the third phase of affordable housing in the master-planned redevelopment of the Jordan Downs public housing site.

Cypress View is BRIDGE Housing’s fourth and newest housing community within the landmark $1 billion Jordan Downs redevelopment being led by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA). This new community includes 119 new apartment homes built in conjunction with Pearl Park, a beautiful new community green space. Of the 119 homes, 107 one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments will be affordable for families earning between 30% and 80% AMI, with the remaining 12 apartments offered at market rates.

Property amenities include an onsite manager’s and leasing office, in-unit and shared laundry, 3 community rooms, bicycle storage, onsite resident parking with EV chargers, and outdoor courtyards with BBQ grills.
