Jordan Downs Area H2A represents BRIDGE’s third phase of affordable housing development at Jordan Downs.

The Jordan Downs Area H2A site is located one block from a new transit stop at the Jordan Downs Plaza retail center on Century Blvd. and in close proximity to a medical clinic, pharmacy, high school and library. Consisting of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, planned amenities include an onsite manager’s unit and leasing office, laundry lounges, a community room and ample outdoor areas.
