HHH New Hampshire will bring 93 permanent supportive apartments to LA's Koreatown neighborhood

HHH New Hampshire 93 provide permanent supportive housing for individuals who have experienced homelessness and transitioned-age youth, as well as two manager’s units. The project includes the adaptive reuse of the Renaissance Revival home of Children’s Institute International, Inc., as well as the construction of a new six-story apartment building next door. The existing building will be designed to accommodate 12 residential units and a courtyard wrapped by generous amenity spaces including a large community room, a services hub, and management offices. Intensive Case Management Services will be provided by PATH
