Elora will bring 68 affordable rental apartments to the City of El Cerrito

Elora consists of 69 apartment homes on a site previously used as a surface parking lot for a nearby BART Station.

Apartment homes will range in size from studio to three- bedroom and will serve households who earn between 30-60% Area Median Income (AMI).
