SAN FRANCISCO (December 2, 2025) — BRIDGE Housing, a national leading nonprofit developer, owner, and manager of affordable housing, today announced that Lisa Laffer will join the organization as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at the beginning of the new year.

In this dual role, Laffer will serve as a key member of BRIDGE’s senior leadership team, where she will further strengthen the organization’s operations, lead its legal and compliance functions, and support BRIDGE’s next phase of growth as it continues to expand its impact across the West Coast.

Her prior experience includes serving as General Counsel for a Los Angeles–based real estate family office and practicing real estate and land use law at Latham & Watkins LLP and later Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where she was elected to partner.  She began her career clerking for Chief Judge David Alan Ezra in the U.S. District Court of Hawaii.
