Rebecca Hlebasko joined BRIDGE as General Counsel in 2007. She is the head of the Legal Department at BRIDGE, working closely with the Development Group, Asset Management and all other departments of the Company. She also counsels the Company and Board of Directors on corporate governance and risk management. Rebecca has been a practicing real estate attorney for over 35 years. Before coming to BRIDGE, she was a member of the law firm of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton and, prior to that, a partner in the law firm of Pettit & Martin, representing a broad range of developers and institutional investors, with an emphasis on affordable housing and urban infill development.

Rebecca holds a B.A. from Fordham University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
