Natalia Williams joined BRIDGE as Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Compliance, in March 2023. Ms. Williams serves as department head for Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Compliance–the groups that ensure long-term strategic management of the portfolio and execution of BRIDGE’s strategic goals relating to portfolio benchmarks, acquisitions and dispositions.
Ms. Williams brings more than 15 years of financial management and multifamily housing experience to BRIDGE, with expertise in affordable housing asset management and strategy, acquisition, financing and rehabilitation. Most recently, as Managing Director of Acquisitions and Development for John Stanley, Inc., she managed the firm’s real estate acquisitions and development activity throughout the country, including acquisitions, entitlements, finance, design, construction leasing, marketing, asset management and dispositions. Earlier, she was Senior Vice President at Bayside Communities. She has overseen the negotiation and placement of more than $300 million in project level debt and equity, and is well versed in HUD funding programs.
Ms. Williams earned her B.A. from Stanford University and her MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. A LEED-accredited professional and CPA, she serves on the board of Friendzy, a nonprofit based in Portland, Oregon. She was previously named one of Affordable Housing Finance magazine’s Young Leaders under 40.
