Hallock Svensk serves as BRIDGE Housing’s General Counsel, where he leads its legal and compliance function and provides legal counsel across the organization’s real estate development, operations, and corporate functions.

Prior to joining BRIDGE, Mr. Svensk served as Associate General Counsel at Harrison Street Asset Management (formerly Rockwood Capital, LLC), where he acted as primary transaction counsel for a diversified private equity portfolio spanning multifamily, office, retail and industrial assets. Earlier in his career, he held senior legal positions at Public Storage and practiced real estate law at Paul Hastings LLP.

Mr. Svensk earned his B.A. from Williams College and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. He is a member of the California State Bar.
