Erik Lund

Chief Financial Officer

Erik Lund was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in November 2025. He oversees several departments, including finance and accounting, information technology, and business intelligence. Mr. Lund joined BRIDGE in 2016 as Property Management Controller, was named Corporate Controller in 2019, and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting in January 2025.

Throughout his tenure at BRIDGE, Mr. Lund has been a key contributor to organization-wide initiatives, including the successful execution of two social bond issues: $175 million in 2025 and $100 million in 2020—the first such bond offering by a nonprofit affordable housing developer. He has been instrumental building efficiencies overseeing annual audits, tax returns, and streamlining the corporate budget process.

Prior to BRIDGE, Mr. Lund spent seven years at Novogradac & Company LLP, where he provided audit and tax return services for clients in the affordable housing, nonprofit and real estate industries, including those subject to government auditing standards and Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for federal awards. Mr. Lund holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and is licensed in California as a Certified Public Accountant.
