Erik Lund was promoted to Vice President of Finance & Accounting in January 2022. He initially joined BRIDGE in 2016 as Property Management Controller and was named Corporate Controller in 2019. As Vice President, he continues his role as Corporate Controller with significant new responsibilities, including leading the Finance Team, building out forecasting capabilities, managing internal lending, and analyzing and executing Treasury and investment strategies. Throughout his tenure at BRIDGE, Mr. Lund has been a key contributor to organization-wide initiatives, including the execution of a $100M sustainability bond issuance in 2020—a first for nonprofit affordable housing groups in the U.S.
Prior to BRIDGE, Mr. Lund spent seven years at Novogradac & Company LLP, where he provided audit and tax return services for clients in the affordable housing, nonprofit and real estate industries, including those subject to government auditing standards and Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for federal awards. Mr. Lund holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and is licensed in California as a Certified Public Accountant.
