Connie Tang serves as Vice President of Asset Management, leading the Asset Management team and supporting BRIDGE’s portfolio of more than 140 properties on the West Coast. Ms. Tang joined BRIDGE in 2024 as Director of Asset Management.

Ms. Tang has over 15 years of experience in affordable housing. Before joining BRIDGE, she spent eight years at Eden Housing, a California-based affordable housing developer, advancing from Asset Manager to Associate Director of Asset Management and serving as a key leader on a team managing a portfolio of more than 11,000 units.

Previously, she served as Operations Manager, Yardi Specialist, and Property Manager at East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation, an Oakland-based nonprofit leader in affordable housing.

Ms. Tang earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
