Bridget Moody joined BRIDGE Housing as Vice President and Chief of Staff in July 2025. Ms. Moody serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Real Estate Officer, helping to drive the execution of organizational priorities for Asset Management, Compliance, Community Development/Services, Philanthropy and Real Estate Development.

Ms. Moody brings over two decades of experience across market-rate, affordable, and senior housing. Before joining BRIDGE, she served as the President of Clarion Management, a Southern California based boutique multifamily property management firm, where she scaled the company portfolio by over 50% and drove significant gains in financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Previously, Ms. Moody was the Director of Asset Management at BLVD Capital, a privately held real estate investment company, where she was responsible for asset management, systems implementation, and compliance across thousands of LIHTC, HUD, and conventional multifamily units nationwide.

She also held other positions at Hills Developer, KBK Enterprises, and Wallick Communities.

Ms. Moody earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University and an MBA from Ohio University.
