On April 21 BRIDGE and the County of San Diego broke ground on Kettner Crossing, 64 affordable senior apartments in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood. Built on surplus county land, the eight-story building will be affordable to seniors who earn 30-50% of Area Median Income (AMI). Read the press release.
