IMPACT
Our true measure of success is the difference we make in people’s lives.
Resident Programs
We believe that affordable housing should be a steppingstone for advancement and a better life.
Enhancing personal well-being and quality of life starts by alleviating housing insecurity. BRIDGE reaches for higher social impact by working with residents and over 28 nonprofit partners to deliver a full spectrum of free on-site programs, from assistance with basic needs to youth and adult education programs to enhance economic opportunity and wellness programs to support health and enable seniors to age well in place.
Scholarship Programs
Education offers a pathway to lifelong success and upward mobility.
Community Development
BRIDGE properties serve our neighbors as well as our residents.
BRIDGE Housing leaders join with LA County Supervisor Holly Mitchell, City Councilman Marqueece Harris-Dawson, and project partners to commemorate the topping out of Evermont in South Los Angeles.

Philanthropy
Our donors are indispensable partners in our mission to enrich communities and lives through affordable housing and transformative resident programs.
We are grateful for the support of donors who share BRIDGE’s vision and have confidence in our innovative leadership. Charitable giving from longstanding sponsors and new contributors, like the $8 million grant from philanthropist MacKenzie Scott in 2023, bolsters our work to build a healthier, more equitable society.
Public Policy
Supporting and driving policies that advance affordable housing production are part of our mission.
BRIDGE has long been engaged in housing, urban planning, and public policy issues. Our Board’s Policy Committee assesses key concerns and initiatives, and we help shape the policy agenda and drive solutions, to fulfill our mandate and our civic responsibility.
