IMPACT
Our true measure of success is the difference we make in people’s lives.

Resident Programs
We believe that affordable housing should be a steppingstone for advancement and a better life.
Enhancing personal well-being and quality of life starts by alleviating housing insecurity. BRIDGE reaches for higher social impact by working with residents and over 28 nonprofit partners to deliver a full spectrum of free on-site programs, from assistance with basic needs to youth and adult education programs to enhance economic opportunity and wellness programs to support health and enable seniors to age well in place.
Scholarship Programs
Education offers a pathway to lifelong success and upward mobility.
We provide resources to help our residents achieve their highest potential. Since 2001, BRIDGE has awarded over $3.9 million in scholarships to more than 460 residents to pursue post-secondary education, from skills training to doctoral studies.
Community Development
BRIDGE properties serve our neighbors as well as our residents.
BRIDGE Housing leaders join with LA County Supervisor Holly Mitchell, City Councilman Marqueece Harris-Dawson, and project partners to commemorate the topping out of Evermont in South Los Angeles.
