Kai Ming Head Start is a non-profit, licensed preschool located on site at North Beach Place in San Francisco. Kai Ming provides low-income families free, dual language, and culturally relevant programs from the prenatal period through preschool to meet children’s emotional, social, health, nutritional, and educational needs. The teachers at Kai Ming work with the families of 42 students to strengthen their children’s home language as well as English skills and provide an enriching and supportive environment for students to thrive.
