Located in Oakland’s Fruitvale neighborhood, Casa Sueños provides 181 units of affordable housing, including 29 units for Section 8 subsidized housing and 46 units for permanent supportive housing, as well as 7,500 square feet of affordable commercial retail space reserved for a local nonprofit organization. In partnership with the Oakland Housing Authority and The Unity Council, this award winning, mixed-income, mixed-use, transit-oriented development allows for easy access to the Fruitvale BART station, a major AC Transit hub and the planned Bus Rapid Transit line.
