Nakeeta (Nikki) Dixon serves as BRIDGE Housing’s Vice President of Resident Impact and Resource Development, based in San Francisco. She oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of resident programs across BRIDGE communities and leads the organization’s fundraising strategy and other programs to support resident success.

Mrs. Dixon has over two decades of professional experience, with deep expertise in strategic operational leadership and data-driven improvement. Prior to joining BRIDGE, she served in a series of leadership roles at BHG Financial, a national financial services corporation. Most recently she served as Director of Partnerships, Revenue Strategy, and Operations, where she managed a multi-million-dollar budget, advanced partnership and revenue goals, enhanced budget monitoring, and strengthened the company’s operational support structure.

Earlier, she held positions at PlanSource and BankUnited.

Mrs. Dixon earned an MBA from West Texas A&M University and a B.A. in English from Florida International University.
