As the result of a unique partnership between the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and BRIDGE, Sage Park provides 90 affordable apartments, built on 3.5 acres of underutilized school property on the Gardena High School campus. Helping meet the affordable housing needs of LAUSD employees, this $28 million development gives leasing preference to LAUSD employees working within a three-mile radius.
