BRIDGE is partnering with the Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) to develop 180 units of affordable and supportive housing for seniors and families at Evermont, a mixed-use, transit-oriented affordable housing development.
Evermont will house extensive community resources in 64,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Located in a food desert, the complex will feature a Target and health food outlets, as well as CRCD programs, a Metro training facility, and a transit plaza. In collaboration with our development partners and ExED, a new SEED LA public boarding school will soon open its doors on the site.
