The Fountains, located in Mountain View, is the mixed-income senior housing portion of a nine-acre former school site that also includes market-rate condominiums. The Mid Peninsula Housing Fund, the Santa Clara Housing Authority, and BRIDGE codeveloped this site to create 124 affordable senior homes. The development features extensive exterior gardens and beautiful landscaping.
