Waterleaf will provide 178 affordable apartment homes for families in the River Place neighborhood of Portland.

Waterleaf consists of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and is adjacent to at streetcar stop. Amenities will include a ground floor community room with a community kitchen and adjoining exterior courtyard. The landscaped courtyard will feature a children’s playground. The community room will serve the residents with a range of uses including resident meetings, public or private resident events, and programmed events by the on-site service coordinator. An adjoining Resident Services office will facilitate the connection to residents. There will be two community laundry rooms, and trash/recycling rooms on each floor of the building. BRIDGE will provide free wireless internet access in the common areas.

Waterleaf offers 178 units of affordable housing consisting of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. 20 units will have a Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing subsidy, also known as VASH. Several units will include special features for people with mobility, hearing, and/or visual impairments; disabled applicants are encouraged to apply.
