Consisting of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, Cedar Rising will be affordable to families earning 30% – 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Planned amenities include private bike storage, laundry room, community room with kitchen, on-site property management and resident services offices, and a courtyard with playground, raised garden beds, BBQs, and picnic seating. Cedar Rising will be designed to receive Earth Advantage certification.
