Destin Ferdun Joins BRIDGE Housing’s Portland Team

PORTLAND, OR, April 22, 2016—BRIDGE Housing has hired Destin Ferdun as a Senior Project Manager, based in its Portland office. BRIDGE is a nationally recognized nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing.

Mr. Ferdun previously was Director of Project Finance for the Housing Development Center, a real estate consulting firm in Portland. There, he managed a finance team that assisted clients with more than 25 simultaneous new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation projects with development costs of up $24 million each. Earlier, Mr. Ferdun operated Lunabridge, his own real estate consulting firm, served as Principal of Lundin Cole Architects, and worked as a Project Manager for a nonprofit community development corporation.

A licensed architect, he holds a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University. Mr. Ferdun reports to Alison Lorig, BRIDGE’s newly appointed Senior Vice President of Development, Pacific Northwest.
