BRIDGE Housing Promotes Joanna Yong to Vice President of Compliance

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, April 24, 2017—Joanna Yong has been promoted to Vice President of Compliance by BRIDGE Housing, a nationally recognized nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing.

Previously, Ms. Yong was Director of Asset Management. In her new role, she oversees an Asset Management team that is responsible for ongoing compliance for BRIDGE’s portfolio of more than 11,000 apartments, with responsibility for occupancy; marketing/lease up; waitlist management; agency, lender and investor reporting; property tax exemptions; business/operating management; and relevant data administration. She is based in San Francisco and reports to EVP Susan Johnson.

Ms. Yong, who first joined BRIDGE in 1986, has worked for the company across numerous departments, including Office Management, Accounting, IT and Human Resources. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
