BRIDGE is a leading nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing on the West Coast.
Sarah will lead BRIDGE’s real estate development activities in Portland, including completion of Waterleaf (178 affordable homes), design development and construction of hollywoodHUB (234 affordable homes), and will undertake new developments in the pipeline while supporting BRIDGE’s existing pipeline in Washington County.
Sarah joined BRIDGE in May 2022 after serving as Director of Housing for Human Solutions, an East Portland based nonprofit, where she managed a robust pipeline of affordable housing developments and oversaw asset management and resident services. A highlight was the completion of The Nick Fish in the NE Portland Gateway Urban Renewal Area, named for the late commissioner in charge of housing. The mixed-use development was created in partnership with Edlen & Company, Prosper Portland and the Portland Housing Bureau. Other notable projects include the Aurora, a project that will provide service-enriched permanent supportive housing for families exiting homelessness and several preservation projects in Gresham and East Multnomah County.
Sarah began her career in New York City working in both the public and private sectors. She earned a Bachelor’s in English and Political Science from James Madison University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University.
