Kristine Miranda first joined BRIDGE in 2017 as Director of Investor Relations/Capital and Policy Initiatives and was promoted to Vice President in 2021.

In her current role as Vice President, Capital Markets, Ms. Miranda is managing and securing multiple types of non-Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investments into BRIDGE and its projects. These investments currently include Opportunity Zones, New Markets Tax Credits, Capital Magnet Funds and public bond market offerings. She is responsible for investor engagement and cultivation, and works with BRIDGE’s CIO and CEO to lead development of an overall investor strategy for Capital Markets and marketing for new investor products.

Since 2017, she has been an essential part of Capital Markets and Resource Development, working on establishing relationships with several major funding partners. She was responsible for a $6 million Capital Magnet Fund grant and played a key role in BRIDGE’s $100 million general obligation bond.

In 10+ years of professional experience, Ms. Miranda has raised more than $500 million in investments to build stronger communities, led development of impact investment programming, and managed policy and legislative priorities to increase investment in low-income communities. She earned a B.A. in History from UC Berkeley, a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Chicago and was a Ph.D. Candidate in International Relations/International Political Economy at Georgetown University.
