Katherine Fleming

Senior Vice President of Portfolio Katherine Fleming has been with BRIDGE since 2014, when she joined the organization as Vice President of Portfolio. Her team is responsible for maintaining BRIDGE’s portfolio of high quality assets and leading BRIDGE’s short- and long-term portfolio strategies, with particular concern for the financial, operational and physical health of the properties.

Ms. Fleming previously worked at RBC Capital Markets for seven years, most recently as Development Risk Manager, Vice President. There, she was responsible for a portfolio of approximately 25 properties under construction and lease-up, totaling over $280 million in equity investment and over 3,300 units. Earlier, she was Director of Asset Management for Resources for Community Development, and a Project Manager for The Community Builders, Inc. Ms. Fleming is a Certified Housing Asset Manager and Non-Project Housing Management Specialist who has studied Construction Management and City Planning; she holds an A.A. from Simon’s Rock College and a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College.
