BRIDGE has created more than 75 transit-oriented and transit-friendly developments representing nearly 11,000 homes. We are committed to smart growth, affordability and green principles, and there are thousands of additional homes in our transit-friendly pipeline. These developments encourage use of public transportation, particularly for travel to jobs and retail services, and they typically are designed to be friendly to bicycles and pedestrians.
