Many of our developments help seniors age in place and promote greater independence and well-being for those who need assistance with daily living activities.
Seniors living into their 80s and 90s can face challenges with daily living activities as well as basic nutritional and medical needs. For seniors who are living independently or with their families, it can be very difficult to meet these needs. BRIDGE is working on several fronts to address the issue, both by building more senior apartments than ever before as well as by creating new models to make assisted living facilities affordable.
The Coronet offers 150 affordable studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments for seniors in San Francisco, above the Institute on Aging's state-of-the-art senior-services facility.
