Asset & Portfolio Management

The Asset Management division of BRIDGE includes five groups: Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, Regulatory Compliance and Reporting, Financial and Insurance, and Programs. Over all, these groups work to ensure the long-term financial and physical health and regulatory compliance of BRIDGE-owned real estate.

As a committed long-term owner, BRIDGE is committed to stewardship of its growing portfolio of properties. Our Portfolio Management team rehabilitates and refinances existing affordable multifamily projects and analyzes and monitors performance with particular concern for the financial, operational and physical health of the properties. To provide enhanced access to and pricing in debt and equity for BRIDGE's new developments and Portfolio Management projects, we established a Capital Markets group in 2011.

BRIDGE has long believed that housing is but one element of strengthening communities. BRIDGE's Programs group, established in 2000, provides residents of BRIDGE rental properties with educational and other opportunities to help promote goals such as career growth, greater economic stability, children's education, wellness and stronger connections to the community.
