Lake Elsinore's Pottery Court Welcomes New Residents

LAKE ELSINORE, CA, May 1, 2012---Pottery Court, Lake Elsinore’s newest affordable apartment community, is accepting applications and for a limited time is offering a “first month free rent” special to new residents

Families are already moving into three of the eight residential buildings, and the balance of apartments will be ready for leasing between now and July; a grand opening celebration will take place during the summer.

Pottery Court offers 113 brand new apartments just two blocks from Lake Elsinore’s historic downtown Main Street, within walking distance of schools, restaurants and parks. Designed in an elegant early California Mission style, the apartments feature semi-private patios and decks as well as garage parking. The kitchen of each apartment is equipped with new, energy-efficient appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher. Among the amenities are a club room, outdoor BBQ area, two play areas for children and on-site laundry facilities.

“I really like living here,” said new Pottery Court resident Janelle B., who works in retail as an apparel sales associate. “When I first saw the apartment, I almost screamed—it was so much nicer than I expected. Everything is very beautiful, and I love how it came with a refrigerator.” She is enjoying meeting other new residents, and she added, “Everyone seems really nice.”
Pottery Court apartments are affordable to families with annual incomes of up to $33,500 for a household of four. Monthly rents for the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments range from $559 to $677, depending on income and apartment size. Income and other restrictions apply.

“We are delighted to bring much-needed affordable housing to hard-working families in Lake Elsinore,” said Cynthia A. Parker, President and CEO of BRIDGE Housing, which developed and manages Pottery Court. “And we look forward to introducing new residents to our professional, on-site property management team.”
Prospective applicants are invited to visit the Pottery Court leasing office at 295 West Sumner Avenue, Lake Elsinore; hours are M-F 9 am to 5 pm and Sat 10 am to 4 pm. Tel: 951.245.5566. Applications are also available online at
